  • Experience in leveraging complex data to drive business decisions
  • Competency in statistics preferred

  • Own P&L results and drive profitable paid media growth
  • Launch, analyze, and optimize paid social accounts
  • Build process and execute with consistent excellence in paid social platforms
  • Conduct profitability analyses on opportunity segments
  • Constantly evaluate the competitive and paid media landscape
  • Collaborate with CRO analysts to launch data-driven tests
  • Architect, implement, and maintain data, attribution, and reporting processes
  • Communicate with senior leadership on financial metrics
  • Help inform the company’s strategy on paid social
  • Make resourcing recommendations as the company grows
