Responsibilities
- Work closely with business software vendors to communicate needs, issues, and improvements
- Train and support users on all applications
- Document methods and procedures to develop company-wide processes. Experience with Business Process Modeling Notation is a plus
- Research new application and tools that will support company initiatives
- Coordinate the software needs across multiple departments within the organization
- Configure application settings to maximize impact for end users
- Evaluate existing IT systems and identify areas for improvement
- Serve as an Admin for all business applications across the organization including: HRIS, ERP, POS, Microsoft applications, etc
