Responsibilities
  • Work closely with business software vendors to communicate needs, issues, and improvements
  • Train and support users on all applications
  • Document methods and procedures to develop company-wide processes. Experience with Business Process Modeling Notation is a plus
  • Research new application and tools that will support company initiatives
  • Coordinate the software needs across multiple departments within the organization
  • Configure application settings to maximize impact for end users
  • Evaluate existing IT systems and identify areas for improvement
  • Serve as an Admin for all business applications across the organization including: HRIS, ERP, POS, Microsoft applications, etc
