Sequence Holdings is a permanent holding company that buys American businesses and embeds artificial intelligence and advanced engineering into their core operations. It works by providing capital, hands-on operational support, and technology solutions to help portfolio companies grow and become leaders in their industries, with a long-term, ongoing partnership rather than quick, short-term exits. What sets it apart is its permanent capital model—there is no planned exit after a few years—and its focus on deep, long-term collaboration, leveraging leadership experience from firms like Scale, Palantir, Lone Pine, and Silver Lake to drive AI-enabled growth across its portfolio. The company’s goal is to create lasting value by continuously improving its acquired businesses through AI integration and next-generation engineering, ultimately building enduring market leaders in the United States.
