The Opportunity:

We seek a high-performing, pragmatic, Mid-Level Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about data, user-focused, and eager to make a substantial impact in a rapidly growing fintech company, this role is perfect for you.

What will make you a great fit:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements.
• Business Requirements: Create detailed business requirements documents and translate them into functional specifications.
• Analyse Business Processes and document current business processes using process maps to document as-is and to-be states.
• Data Research: Conduct research and gather data to support business decisions.
• Process Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes, systems, or tools.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new processes or systems.
• Project Coordination: Assist in planning and managing projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Execute User Acceptance Testing to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality

• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex data sets.

• Effective Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Business and Technical Translation: Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Project Management Knowledge: Understanding of project management concepts and methodologies (including resource planning, RAID log management and reporting.)
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the financial service industry with knowledge of private markets or a track record of quickly understanding similarly complex industries and use cases
