Assist in designing and delivering leadership development programs and workshops
Facilitate individual and group coaching sessions

Support research and content development for training materials
Maintain records and reports related to leadership initiatives
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in leadership and organizational development
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or related roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and feedback
Strong organizational and project management skills
