About the role and what you’ll be doing:

As a Senior Technology Consultant on the Software Optimization team in our Advisory & Consulting organization, you will be responsible for leading and delivering high-impact software optimization solutions that boost the performance, scalability, and reliability of our clients’ applications. You will work closely with our sales team to understand the business needs and technical challenges of our prospects and customers and provide them with strategic advice and customized solutions that align with their goals and objectives. You will also act as a project lead and provide guidance to third-party consultants and contribute to the development and improvement of our software optimization services and solutions.

• Lead the assessment and optimization of complex applications across various platforms and technologies and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

• Design and implement software optimization solutions that address the specific requirements and expectations of each client and ensure the optimal use of resources and best practices.

• Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to clients throughout the software optimization lifecycle and monitor and measure the results and outcomes of the solutions.

• Create and deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and proposals that demonstrate the value and benefits of our software optimization services and solutions.

• Partner with our sales team to develop and execute account strategies, identify new opportunities, and close deals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and ensure their satisfaction and success.

• Mentor and coach other software optimization consultants, and share best practices and lessons learned.

• Contribute to the development and improvement of our software optimization services and solutions and provide feedback and suggestions for innovation and enhancement.

• Stay current on changes in the software market and inform strategic direction for Ensono’s software optimization offering.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.

• 10+ years of experience in software optimization or performance engineering, or related fields.

• Proficiency in using various tools and frameworks for performance analysis, testing, and software optimization.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Demonstrated track record of leading and delivering successful software optimization solutions for enterprise clients.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients and prospects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Expertise in one or more of the following languages: Java, C#, C++, Python, Ruby, PHP, or JavaScript.

• Experience working in managed services

• Consultative sales experience
