- A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related clinical field is required.
- An active Pennsylvania clinical license as an MFT, LCSW, or LPC is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in child or adolescent behavioral health is required.
- Experience providing family therapy and working with family systems is required.
- Strong communication and documentation skills are required.
- Ability to work in a residential treatment environment is required.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams is required.
- Commitment to ethical clinical practice and documentation standards is required.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania are required.
Responsibilities
- Provide family therapy and group counseling to clients and their families.
- Conduct clinical assessments and provide diagnostic recommendations.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
- Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Present clinical information to treatment teams, families, and referral sources.
- Support the safety and well-being of youth in placement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
- Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and ongoing training.
- Assist with therapeutic, recreational, and educational programming.
Desired Qualifications
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensure.
- Experience in residential or intensive treatment settings.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
