- Background in engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.
- Familiarity with skills in such as inverters, servos, motors, PLCs, automation products (elevators, robots, high-voltage air conditioners, etc.)
- Willingness to travel over 50%, good communication skills, and teamwork spirit
- Native English speaker; speak Spanish is a plus, speak Chinese is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in the USA driver industry.
- Local American citizenship or USA work permit with working background in US.
- Responsible for overseas client equipment delivery, commissioning, on-site product troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Daily management coordination with the Overseas Joint Insurance Center (USA).
- Feedback customer's and product quality issues, maintaining customer relationships.
- Translate and summarize failure issues and review/edit English manuals.
