  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 4+ years of demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management experience
  • Experience in B2B SaaS companies
  • Expert written communication and project management skills
  • Advanced understanding and experience with inbound and outbound marketing, lead generation programs, database marketing, lead championing, digital marketing channels, pipeline acceleration motions, and funnel metrics
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and derive insights and opportunities
  • Excellent understanding of buyer journeys, acquisition strategy, and how to progress leads through the funnel
  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce.com, Canva, and/or Asana
Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy and manage the day-to-day execution of multiple full-funnel marketing campaigns
  • Analyze all aspects of the conversion funnel and identify areas for optimization
  • Design and execute programs that nurture leads through various marketing channels
  • Partner with Digital Marketing, Content, Communications, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing SMEs
  • Work closely with Revenue Ops to provide reporting and maintenance of sales and marketing data integrity
  • Work closely with Sales to optimize lead handoff and conversion
  • Report on campaign performance, progress, and key learnings
