Requirements
  • Workday operational experience is required, including report writing and implementing or overseeing modules
  • 5+ years of HR experience with operational, project management, and program management activities
  • Comfortable with conventional technologies for workplaces
  • Experience implementing processes that scale
  • Manage multiple ongoing projects

Responsibilities
  • Identify trends through data, conduct analyses, and propose and implement systematic operational solutions across several People data-related matters and processes (i.e., process improvements to HRIS)
  • Provide HRIS support for reporting and mass changes
  • Use your Workday operational expertise to partner with teams to identify and implement changes to configurations and processes
  • Connect the dots across partner teams to identify and propose solutions for data transactions (e.g., converting M&A data, streamlining data change intake processes, etc.)
  • Work with Center of Excellence to create solutions in relation to compliance needs, including proposing best practices within existing processes
  • Provide oversight of administrative functions including security maintenance, business process administration, requirement gathering, and validation for system changes
  • Work with global teams across varying time zones across our APAC, EMEA and American markets
  • Participate in other projects as assigned
