Highlights

The Executive Assistant (EA) will act as the right hand to the CEO, providing high-level administrative support and assist in the execution of strategic initiatives.  This position requires someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage prioritization of meetings, calendaring and travel logistics
• Draft and edit emails, presentations, and reports
• Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
• Assist in tracking key deliverables and follow-ups across teams.
• Maintain detailed documentation of projects and processes.
• Maintain high levels of discretion when working with proprietary company information

Requirements

• 6+ years as an executive assistant, administrative professional, or similar role.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments preferred.
• Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and project management tools (e.g., Asana or Trello).
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with high-level stakeholders.
• Exceptional time-management and multitasking capabilities with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
• Comfortable working in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
• High-energy, positive attitude, and passion for innovation.

Salary Range
$110,000 – $140,000 annually
Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.  HeyGen considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal equity, as well as location, market and business considerations when extending an offer.  As part of our total rewards package, HeyGen offers comprehensive benefits including a 401k plan, health benefits, generous PTO, a parental leave program and emotional health resources.
