Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related field
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product development processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Experience working in an agile software development environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product management team to develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with our company's strategic goals and customer needs
- Coordinate the release of new product features and functionality, working closely with the engineering team to ensure that releases are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Own and administer our feature prioritization framework
- Establish and maintain product development processes and standards, ensuring that they are efficient and effective
- Develop and maintain metrics and reporting to track product development progress and identify areas for improvement
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational issues and bottlenecks that may impact product development
- Own Productboard and build out our feedback collection mechanisms
- Collaborate with the client services teams to ensure that product releases are communicated effectively to customers and that they are trained on new features and functionality
