Requirements
  • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a Related Field with an expected graduation date of December 2025 – June 2026
  • Ability to participate in a full time internship between May-August/September 2025
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, Excel or other data modeling platforms
  • Understanding of financial principles and concepts
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner
  • Proactively approach problem-solving with ambition and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and summarize data from multiple sources to support predictive model training.
  • Apply the prepared data to train AI/ML models in efforts to increase predictive accuracy and build comprehensive modeling approaches.
  • Develop and implement a program to maintain and govern existing and future models, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to successfully implement predictive models into financial processes.
  • Build detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings and model performance to collaborators.
  • Find opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the predictive modeling framework.
  • Ad-hoc value add analysis if and when required
