As Quality Coordinator I you will be responsible for;
Summary: Provides guidance to the organization on routine quality issues. Coordinates, monitors, and reports on quality-related activities of the organization. Serves as document and record control administrator and coordinates training for managers and staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties or tasks may be assigned as required. Management may modify, change or add to the duties of this description at any time without notice. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
Internal quality oversight activities
- Processes ECOs and manages document and record control
- Prepares internal audit plans, supports quality audits and prepares audit notes
- Customer satisfaction tracking
- Maintains training records
Record keeping
- CAPA records, calibration records, maintenance records, and supplier evaluation records
- Supports supplier performance monitoring
- Receiving inspection records
- Training records
- Customer satisfaction records
Reporting
- CAPA status reports: monthly
- Customer satisfaction reporting: quarterly
- Supplier performance reports: monthly
- Equipment maintenance reports: monthly
- Collecting data for and preparing QMR presentations
QMS Maintenance
- Process documentation development and updates
- Document Control & ECO processing
- Ensuring integrity of QMS process documents
- Assist in maintenance of product development processes
Supervisory Needs and Responsibilities:
- Moderate supervision: Individual will receive regular direction, guidance, and feedback from a supervisor and may be required to seek approval or input before making certain decisions or taking specific actions.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or background required.
Education/Experience:
- Associate’s degree (or two years of college courses) in a technical or liberal arts field plus one year’s work experience in an administrative or quality role, OR
- Four years’ experience, in a quality or administrative role

Ability to articulate one’s position to others. Ability to communicate with employees in all departments of the organization.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve broad and complex problems that relate to the company’s well-being which have financial, staffing, and budget implications.
- Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook, SharePoint).
- Certificates and Licenses: Certification in quality management, quality engineering, or quality auditing is beneficial.

Salary Range: 50k - 65k
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
