Requirements
  • 2+ years proven recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Experience sourcing, qualifying, and interviewing candidates
  • Extensive knowledge in full-cycle recruitment and candidate negotiation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline
  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or technical recruiting
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities
  • Source and build a pipeline of candidates
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners
  • Maintain the accuracy of recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
  • Pre-screen candidates using available screening tools
  • Note all candidate correspondence in the ATS
  • Tactfully communicate with all applicants not hired or determined unqualified for employment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and staff
  • Demonstrate effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
  • Negotiate salaries and clearly present compensation and benefit packages to candidates
  • Other duties as assigned
