  • prior academic, internship, or co-op experience(s) in marketing or content
  • Content marketing: Blog, newsletter, ebook, infographic, and/or social media content creation
  • Technical writing: Ability to take complex technical content and boil it down for the average user
  • Email marketing: Email copy and content creation; email list segmentation; email performance analysis; automated email and workflow creation
  • [Bonus] Video + script writing: Ability to put together quick, knowledgeable video scripts to help customers make the most of their Owls
Responsibilities
  • Support the development of our product knowledge base by updating and creating articles for our customers.
  • Develop and executive video content for our knowledge base, product launches, and more.
  • Craft engaging blog posts, emails, content offers, and more.
  • Execute marketing activations, such as advertising copy, presentations, and email newsletters.
  • Partner with Design to create, update, and publish content pieces that range from the top to the lower funnel.
  • Partner with Demand Generation to develop strategies and craft content for email marketing newsletters and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional go-to-market leadership team to plan, prepare, and execute strategies to launch new products and features.
