The role

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate BCBA to join our growing team. You’ll supervise a caseload while pursuing clinical excellence, setting best practices, building team culture, and delivering compassionate, quality care. You will:

• Conceptualize, develop and implement ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to design ABA programs
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
• Provide virtual and field supervision for RBTs
• Provide compassionate training, support, and mentorship to RBTs
• Develop, manage, and oversee progress reports and treatment plans
• Partner with coding, billing, and insurance teams to meet payer requirements
• Hybrid remote/in-person position

This is an hourly position with tons of room for growth and flexibility. You will be an integral part of the growth in the Bay Area market.  

What you’ll need

• Masters or Doctorate in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or related field
• Valid BCBA Certification
• Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired
• Live within the metro area (South Bay)
• Minimum 1 year experience of clinical supervision
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Electronic data collection experience
