How you will have an impact

• Independently handles specific outreach workflows to physicians offices.
• Ensure SLA physician office outreach for POC and referral requirements.
• Develop independence in defined communications for Medicare, Direct Access, Payer specific outreach scripts.
• Provide satisfactory written communication to maintain communication logs.
• Consistently generates reports for daily workflows and maintains data cleanliness.
• Participate in routine audits to identify potential compliance risks. 
• Assist in implementing new policies, systems, or controls designed to reduce risk.
• Research and stay up to day with regulatory changes.
• Assist, collect and organize documentation for subpoenas, medical records requests, and partner audits.
• Track functional project activities and trails to ensure they are meeting expected timelines and deliverables.

What you can offer Luna

• Background in Physical Therapy Back Office or Compliance 1-2 years required: Demonstrated experience in physical therapy administration or compliance, showcasing an understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of the field.
