  • Engineering Degree or equivalent.
  • Competent use of MS Office, Excel in particular.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in a structured training programme to gain knowledge and skills in manufacturing processes, techniques, and technologies.
  • Shadow and assist experienced engineers to understand various manufacturing processes including layup, assembly, machining, and quality control.
  • Provide assistance to senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues, ensuring effective production.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records, documentation of process changes and creating work instructions and procedure.
  • Learn and apply quality control measures to inspect products and ensure they meet specifications and standards.
  • Support engineering projects by gathering data and assist in project planning and execution.
  • Familiarise yourself with manufacturing tools and equipment ensuring they are used effectively and safely.
