Requirements
  • Strong project management skills and previous experience as a Project Manager
  • Preferably worked in the lift industry before
  • Project Management experience in engineering or construction industry would be considered as well
  • Demonstrated experience within a commercial environment, managing projects at a site level
  • Customer relationship management
  • Project financial management e.g. controlling costs
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Planning and analytical skills
  • Strong organisation skills
Responsibilities
  • Proactively manages customer communication throughout the project, understanding customer needs, objectives and promoting a trustful environment
  • Manages, leads and encourages the full chain project team to meet customer's expectations
  • Sets clear targets for the project and plans accordingly
  • Ensures continuous risk and upsides management of the project
  • Ensures integrated project planning and management with customers and KONE full chain teams
  • Is responsible for successful project framework implementation
  • Ensures correct project’s financial planning and forecasting, cash flow management and revenue management
  • Is responsible for actively driving Sales-to-Operations handover quality
  • Maintains safety awareness amongst employees and subcontractors leading by own example
  • Plans Installation and tester resources together with relevant resource manager
  • Promotes the usage of lean practices at work
