- Perform Active Directory health checks, patching, backup and recovery, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot Kerberos and NTLM authentication issues, DNS, replication, AD Connect, and domain trust issues.
- Manage and support hybrid identity environments integrating Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including AD Connect synchronization.
- Implement and manage Conditional Access policies, multifactor authentication, single sign-on, Identity Protection, and risk-based policies.
- Administer role-based access control, Administrative Units, roles, and app registrations.
- Troubleshoot SSO, synchronization, and federation issues involving SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
- Support Privileged Identity Management and access-governance activities.
- Integrate identity and access management platforms with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID for SSO and access governance.
- Support Okta for SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management, and CyberArk for privileged access, vaulting, and session management.
- Manage joiner, mover, and leaver user lifecycles and privileged-account onboarding and governance.
- Troubleshoot authentication and identity issues across applications.
- Act as an escalation point for L1 and L2 teams and resolve complex IAM incidents.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
- Participate in change reviews, problem management, and service-improvement initiatives.
- Act as the primary technical interface for clients.
- Lead technical discussions, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Provide status updates, incident communications, and root-cause analysis reports, and translate technical solutions into business-friendly outcomes.

- Create and maintain standard operating procedures, runbooks, and design documents.

Accenture, which provides strategy, consulting, technology, and operations services globally, reported an approximately 13% net income margin for the quarter ended May 31, 2026. The company is experiencing significant traction for AI services and targeting a more than $240 billion addressable market with Accenture Edge, offering cybersecurity solutions to mid-sized organisations. Automatic Data Processing, delivering cloud-based human capital management and payroll outsourcing solutions, posted an approximately 18% net income margin for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company recently launched a Canadian wage tracking tool.
