Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience designing, launching, or running employee-facing programs in workplace, people operations, program management, or a related field.
  • A track record of taking a program from idea to launch, including owning the budget.
  • Experience improving or relaunching an existing program based on data or feedback.
  • Comfort partnering across Real Estate, Finance, Information Technology, and Security without needing a governance structure to get things moving.
Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a portfolio of cross-functional Workplace programs with global scope, driving delivery from scoping through launch, ongoing operation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Regional Workplace Managers and Workplace Managers to design programs, events, and experiences that improve employees’ day-to-day experience, including travel, winter parties, and physical security.
  • Develop and maintain program-level processes, playbooks, and operating standards for consistent delivery across regions and offices.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams in partnership with Real Estate, Finance, Information Technology, and Security, ensuring Workplace priorities are represented, aligned, and delivered.
  • Identify gaps in current programs and proactively design and launch solutions without an established playbook.
  • Build and scale tooling, workflows, and internal resources that improve team effectiveness and the consistency of the employee-facing experience.
  • Own the budget for managed programs by building business cases, tracking spend against plan, and flagging budget drift.
  • Manage vendor relationships and provide direction relevant to program delivery, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Help monitor and control the broader Workplace portfolio budget and unblock global procurement and vendor issues.
  • Serve as a thought partner to Workplace leadership on priorities, team capacity, and program strategy.
  • Communicate operational topics clearly across all organizational levels and translate complex information into guidance employees understand.

Legora acquires litigation startup Wexler in fifth deal since January

Legora has acquired litigation startup Wexler, whose software helps lawyers reconstruct cases from thousands of documents by tracing statements back to source evidence and identifying conflicts. The acquisition marks Legora's fifth since January as it competes with rival Harvey to dominate the law firm market. London-based Wexler had raised $7 million and secured clients including HSF Kramer, Goodwin Procter, and Clifford Chance. The company claims its software cuts manual document review time by 75 per cent. Wexler cofounder Gregory Mostyn said the startup wasn't seeking a sale but chose to join Legora's platform of over 1,500 customers. Legora was valued at $5.5 billion in March, whilst Harvey is worth $11 billion. The deal reflects consolidation in legal tech as law firms select long-term software partners following years of testing chatbots and other tools.

Ally Law partners with Legora to accelerate AI adoption across 80-firm global network

Legora to open Paris, Milan and Madrid offices as Swedish AI legaltech eyes 700-strong EMEA workforce

Legora, a Swedish AI legaltech startup valued at $5.6 billion, is opening offices in Paris, Milan and Madrid in Q3 whilst establishing an engineering hub in London. The company plans to grow its EMEA headcount from just over 300 to more than 700 over the next 12 months. The expansion aims to bring the company closer to customers in key European markets.
