Requirements
  • 5–8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or go-to-market roles—ideally in proptech, fintech, or consumer marketplaces
  • Demonstrated track record of closing and scaling impactful partnerships at an early stage startup (Series A- Series C)
  • Entrepreneurial and resourceful: able to perform your own analytics, create presentations, and devise a strategy from scratch
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience reporting to C-Suite or Vice President level
  • Based in Los Angeles
Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new strategic partnerships that align with Realm’s growth objectives
  • Own end-to-end partnership development, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, onboarding, and scaling
  • Collaborate with product and revenue teams to launch co-branded initiatives, integrations, or service offerings
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for Realm’s top-tier partners
  • Analyze partnership performance metrics and optimize for growth and impact
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively pursue new opportunities in the homeownership ecosystem

RealmHome helps homeowners plan and execute home renovations through a mobile app that gives personalized guidance, tracks home value, and monitors local sales and renovations. The app matches homeowners with vetted contractors, reviews bids, and guides financing options, with one-on-one support throughout the renovation process. Revenue comes from facilitating renovation projects, charging for contractor matching and project support. RealmHome differentiates itself by offering a fully tech-enabled service that combines home insights, vetted contractor matching, bid review, financing guidance, and ongoing support within an invite-only contractor network. The goal is to simplify and optimize home renovation experiences for homeowners, delivering value from idea to completion.
