- Provide administrative support to the teams, including correspondence, proofreading and formatting, meeting and travel organization, office-supply orders, budget tracking, order management, quote requests, and invoice follow-up.
- Organize internal and external events for the managed entity, including support, follow-up, catering, and room arrangements.
- Prepare internal communication documents and welcome new hires.
- Support the team’s professional activities by preparing, proofreading, correcting, and formatting engagement letters, reports, bids, and presentation materials.
- Handle requests related to the partners’ activities.
- Prepare professional documents in accordance with established processes, including annual-account brochures, professional-ethics correspondence, electronic data interchange transmission and tracking, and coordination with management centers.
- Assist with IT and office-software support in coordination with IT teams and digital experts.
- Relay operational information from support functions within the teams and contribute to site management.
