The Role
The Program Manager; Business Operations will be responsible for partnering with the Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to facilitate all aspects of Program Management & Operations. Manage internal and cross-organizational technical and operational programs. Support and partner with Program Managers on best practices for execution, delivery and operational efficiency. Provide data and analytics support to internal and external team members.

Responsibilities
- Query, organize, and analyze key performance metrics data
- Present data is an efficient and organized manner in support of better business decisions
- Ability to lead all size programs across multiple teams
- Lead and participate in all program lifecycle phases including project planning discovery, development, testing, release, and post-release
- Ability to identify risks and issues while developing contingency plans throughout the product and program lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal business teams and users, facilitating and documenting program, operations, and communication plans
- Provide ongoing planning expertise and support while improving processes
- Provide ongoing communication of status and risks to leadership internally as needed and garner support for changes in scope, schedule, or budget
- Lead program and operations meetings focused on status reporting, problem resolution, feedback, and fostering open communication within the team on project planning and execution
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the program, planning & operations business model
- Work with teams across the org to drive accountability and increased efficiency for program, planning and operational outputs
- Build and cultivate critical relationships with internal partners
- Partner with technical and operational teams to problem solve through to resolution
- Ensure stable and efficient execution of all functions with the team by working closely with business partners to drive adoption and implementation of processes and programs
- Think holistically to identify opportunities around policies/ processes to increase efficiency across organizational boundaries
- Ensure a whole systems approach when analyzing issues by ensuring all components (structure, people, process, and technology) and viewpoints are identified
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 4+ years of project/program management experience
- Minimum of 4+ years in operations/analytics
- Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in the technology sector
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical acumen
- Detail oriented, yet able to look at a wide array of choices & identify what truly matters
- Bias for results and decision making vital to address bottlenecks, manage critical issues that arise, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and encourage behavior to maximize business benefit
- Proven record of navigating a complex yet fast-paced organization with a variety of teams working from multiple global locations.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility and accountability
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills combined with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Effective listening and consultative skills
- Program management experience working with agile development teams in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of competency with program management and methodology including scoping, issue & risk identification, general management, tracking dependencies, user acceptance testing, and communication of overall project status
- Experience working with product management teams, including coordination of multiple internal work streams including development teams, marketing, sales, finance, customer support, legal and analytics
- Ability to facilitate the resolution of exciting business/technology problems
- Experience working cross-functionally to drive high-level solutions as well as resolve lower-level operational issues when needed with experience translating between business and technology
- Knowledge of healthcare industry preferred and previous experience with product, program and operations strongly desired
Base Compensation Range
$100,000 - $130,000 annually
Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
