Responsibilities
  • Lead and participate in all program lifecycle phases
  • Collaborate with internal business teams and users, facilitating and documenting program, operations, and communication plans
  • Provide ongoing planning expertise and support while improving processes
  • Lead program and operations meetings focused on status reporting, problem resolution, feedback, and fostering open communication
  • Work with teams across the org to drive accountability and increased efficiency for program, planning, and operational outputs
  • Ensure stable and efficient execution of all functions with the team by working closely with business partners to drive adoption and implementation of processes and programs
  • Think holistically to identify opportunities around policies/processes to increase efficiency across organizational boundaries
  • Ensure a whole systems approach when analyzing issues by ensuring all components (structure, people, process, and technology) and viewpoints are identified
