Position Overview
Join our dynamic HR team as an HR Business Partner, where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting business leaders. We’re seeking an exceptional individual who embodies collaboration, confidence, and competence, serving as a trusted HR advisor with a strong penchant for data driven decision-making. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly balancing strategic business support with day-to-day HR operations.
What you’ll do
- Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall Ecosystem business objectives.
- Serve as the face of HR, supporting and advising on daily HR needs related to talent acquisition, compensation/benefits, learning and development, leadership coaching, talent processes and employee relations.
- Support business leaders in the screening, selection and onboarding of key talent.
- Lead the execution of talent processes through proper onboarding, succession planning, performance management, training and development programs and off-boarding processes.
- Collaborate closely with HR team members to deploy company-wide programs and processes effectively.
- Remain current with changes in human resource and employment law and manage company relationships with state and local regulatory agencies.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s (or Master’s degree) in Human Resources or related field required, PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a business partner role required.
- Ability and desire to work collaboratively across the HR Team and with key business stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communications, presentation, and relationship building.
- Excellent organization and follow-through skills as well as the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment with limited daily supervision.
This role will require occasional travel to St. Louis, MO
