Requirements
  • Bachelor’s (or Master’s degree) in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a business partner role
  • Ability and desire to work collaboratively across the HR Team and with key business stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communications, presentation, and relationship building
  • Excellent organization and follow-through skills as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with limited daily supervision
Responsibilities
  • Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall Ecosystem business objectives
  • Serve as the face of HR, supporting and advising on daily HR needs related to talent acquisition, compensation/benefits, learning and development, leadership coaching, talent processes and employee relations
  • Support business leaders in the screening, selection and onboarding of key talent
  • Lead the execution of talent processes through proper onboarding, succession planning, performance management, training and development programs and off-boarding processes
  • Collaborate closely with HR team members to deploy company-wide programs and processes effectively
  • Remain current with changes in human resource and employment law and manage company relationships with state and local regulatory agencies
