Wiley joins U.S. Department of Energy's Genesis Mission Consortium to advance ai-powered scientific discovery. The only scientific publisher in the Consortium, Wiley brings AI-powered research infrastructure, expert-validated workflows, and subject matter expertise to the Mission Wiley today announced its membership in the Genesis Mission Consortium, the public-private partnership supporting the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Genesis Mission, joining organizations including Nvidia, AWS, Microsoft, IBM, and AMD. Wiley is the only scientific publisher among the consortium's members and has been invited to demonstrate its work today at the Genesis Mission Annual Summit in Washington, D.C. The Genesis Mission is a Department of Energy initiative to build the American Science and Security Platform, an AI-driven infrastructure designed to accelerate scientific discovery and harness AI to deliver real-world impact on the most pressing science and technology challenges. Wiley's participation builds on decades of engagement with the DOE and other federal science agencies on research infrastructure. Wiley has raised its quarterly dividend to $0.3575 per share, marking its 33rd consecutive annual increase. The dividend, equivalent to $1.43 per share annually, will be paid on 23 July 2026 to shareholders of record on 7 July 2026. The global research and content company reported strong fiscal 2026 results, including mid-single digit revenue growth in its Research division and a record adjusted operating margin of 17.7%, up 260 basis points. AI revenue reached $49 million, growing 23% year-over-year. Wiley generated $195 million in free cash flow, up 55% from the prior year, and returned $174 million to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases.
