Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the brand wise / segment wise sales volume achievement in the territory
  • Develop and monitor individual sales objectives on monthly/quarterly and annual basis
  • Prepare the volume schemes and communicate the same to distributors and retailers
  • Ensure the NSV achievement in the territory as per budget
  • Maintain the overall distribution of the brands
  • Manage new product launches in the region
  • Execute merchandising and promotional programs as per state marketing strategies
  • Responsible for timely communication of promotional schemes to retailers
  • Ensure proper visibility and displays at retail outlets
  • Execute marketing plans in the territory as per guidelines
  • Engage with marketing team for tie-up events and associations
  • Responsible for training, deployment and evaluation of third-party employees
  • Ensure visit frequency and coverage of outlets in the territory
  • Responsible for correct and timely submission of claims and daily sales reports
  • Track competitor's activity and report to the reporting manager
