Responsibilities
  • Assist Lottery teams with the analysis of iLottery New Hampshire games, product, and program problem-solving areas including technical and process troubleshooting, and validation of operations, sales, and activities concerning scratch games, Fast Play, Keno, draw games, iLottery, as well as interactive, rewards, and second chance initiatives.
  • Provide management and key vendors with actionable information, analysis, and identification of problem areas via clear visual, written, and verbal communications for review and implementation.
  • Consolidate data and recommendations into reports and presentations that can be shared with management, internal teams, vendors, and retailers to optimize the presentation of data.
Desired Qualifications
  • Interest in the gaming industry is preferred.
