We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Growth team in St. John’s, NL, or remotely.
We have been working on expanding our product offering and we need a team to help spearhead their entry into the market! With this new opportunity, Mysa is aiming to quickly develop recurring software revenue and significantly increase organizational value. This is where you come in!
We’re looking for someone to lead the charge with strong problem-solving, solution-selling and leadership skills paired with a relentless drive to make the SaaS business model successful for Mysa. The growth and success of this depends on you!
What You Will Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for existing accounts, identifying upsell potential and working to maximize it
- Generate leads, conduct outreach and pursue new business from prospecting to close
- Identify potential go-to-market partners and validate their feasibility
- Develop data-informed optimal customer profiles
- Identify key pain points and selling propositions and integrate it into your sales process
- Identify and prioritize product-level improvements to amplify sales based on customer needs
- Rigorously document, maintain and improve our CRM tracking in Salesforce
- Document and develop a sales process that can be optimized over time
- Forecast business based on pipeline
Who You Are
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in tech / SaaS
- You have a willingness to dive in and be the driving force for a new revenue stream for the company; and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty in the process
- You preferably have owned and driven results in the past, and you’re able to provide specific examples
- You are an ambitious individual who can take ownership of success and failure
- Leadership/management experience is an asset, but not mandatory. Relevant soft skills are acceptable.
- You must bring a willingness to learn
- You have superior interpersonal skills (this will be the true key to your success!)
