- Develop and execute training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and problem-solving
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for engineering projects
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
- Experience with energy conservation and efficiency programs (preferred)
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and practices
- Familiarity with fire protection systems and emergency response procedures
