Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Five to seven years of successful operations management experience with appropriate industry experience is required.
  • The incumbent must be able to lead and function from a variety of locations, including a Faith office location, remote travel locations, or work from home.
  • The incumbent must be able to lead people or teams toward common goals and work collaboratively with a wide variety of personality or communication styles.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the Purchasing Agents and buyers for EnPTi/Faith Technologies.
  • Develop and implement processes for entering, maintaining, and updating purchasing orders, data, and pricing in the system.
  • Develop continuous improvement processes for Procure to Pay and coordinate with Information Systems and Accounting resources to implement those systems.
  • Integrate the purchasing system with the billing system to ensure material for service and time-and-material projects is billed consistently and profitably.
  • Prepare and disseminate reporting information on purchasing system usage, consumption, vendor and material data, and status.
  • Assist the Director of Procurement with establishing key supply chain relationships and partnerships to support broader EnPTi goals and objectives.
  • Develop, negotiate, maintain, and analyze blanket agreements and preferred material pricing contracts.
  • Implement, monitor, and analyze procurement metrics, including pricing comparisons, customer satisfaction, order volume, and other useful measures.
  • Define work, communicate vision and objectives, prioritize tasks, delegate assignments, and communicate needs and expectations.
  • Measure and monitor the work of individual direct reports and collective teams or task forces.
  • Coach and motivate direct reports, remove barriers to success, and provide feedback, resources, and open communication.
  • Develop relationships with leaders, customers, and others to facilitate open dialogue and trust.
  • Prepare, document, and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports.
  • Ensure employees' professional development plans are in place and progressing.
  • Work with Talent on employee recognition and discipline documentation.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned by the organization.
