Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in Front Office
  • Butler knowledge is a must
  • Knowledge of local regulations related to Hotel Operation is a must
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel property management system, system monitoring of guest request and other related system in the resort operation
  • Good communication skills, capable of functioning well under stress and during emergencies, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
  • Communicate and assist guests starting from reservation, check in, during stay until departure from the resort with professional conduct
  • Ensure highest level of guest satisfaction by delivering the best service experience at every stage of the guest stay
  • Work with Housekeeping and Engineering to keep villas immaculate and prepare for guest arrival
  • Daily communication with Housekeeping and Food and Beverage teams regarding needs of current and arriving guests
  • Oversee cleaning and maintenance of villas by Housekeeping and Engineering staff to minimize disturbances to guests
  • Promote in-house facilities to guests during stay and provide recommendations for activities within the resort
  • Handle all flight confirmations, dinner reservations, tour arrangements and other guest itineraries during stay
  • Assist other departments when needed to ensure guest needs are handled promptly and professionally
  • Work with Food and Beverage team at each dining experience to ensure consistent service and cater to guest preferences
  • Keep information updated by being aware of everything happening in the resort across sections
  • Assist with training of other departments when necessary
  • Perform any other duties as directed by superior
  • Maintain high score on guest satisfaction at all times
  • Responsible for elaboration and implementation of standards related to Standard Operating Procedures and Luxury Quality Assurance
  • Schedule and conduct routine inspections of areas under control
  • Check all Front Office equipment including buggies and hotel vehicles, ensure they are clean and in good working condition, follow up on repairs, spare parts, replacement or disposal
  • Co-operate with Purchasing department in locating sources for needed items and ensure best quality and value for money
  • Control costs by minimizing property damage and maintaining adequate inventory of items including stationery and collaterals
  • Ensure that all fire equipment in Front Office is in proper working condition
  • Ensure regular fire drills are conducted in cooperation with security department
