Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with various teams
  • Prior experience in fundraising or donor engagement is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for alumni, maintaining communication with former student-athletes, coaches, and staff, while fostering connections between alumni and current student-athletes.
  • Collaborate with Club Sport coaches and various University departments to plan and coordinate alumni events, networking opportunities, and engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with Development initiatives such as Giving Day, donor engagement, and hospitality services. Support the outreach efforts by managing a portfolio of alumni donors, setting clear outreach metrics and goals, and contributing to fundraising activities.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Club Sports department, including P-Card reconciliations, general communications, and updates within the department, as well as other tasks assigned by senior leadership.
