The HRBP is a hands-on role that provides HR and recruiting support to local HR leader. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand business goals and support HR leader on various HRBP projects, including HR data analytics, talent management, company policies making etc
• Support HR leader in providing and recommending new approaches, policies and procedures to support continual improvements in business and HR within the company

• Partner with business leaders to obtain and confirm hiring requests that clearly indicate key responsibilities, requirements, time frames, etc
• Assist in creating and executing comprehensive targeted sourcing strategy via various methods (internal Applicant Tracking System, external job boards, universities, professional associations, personal networks, etc.）
• Interview and screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open position requirements
• Provide other daily support to HR leader

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related fields
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR role with excellent performance in full-cycle talent acquisition field
• Experience in logistics/supply chain/warehousing industries, preferred with Fortune 500 companies
• Strong customer service skills, detail-orientated, integrity
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work under pressure independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree or MBA in HR related field
• Proficiency with data analysis skills
• Human Resources experience in supporting 200 or more associates
