Requirements
  • At least 10 years of product management experience, ideally in platform, data, or application programming interface-driven products.
  • Experience operating strategically and hands-on in complex technical domains.
  • Deep understanding of data integrations, application programming interfaces, extract, transform, and load/extract, load, and transform pipelines, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with integration tools or frameworks such as middleware, integration platform as a service, or event-driven systems.
  • Familiarity with data formats and protocols including Representational State Transfer, webhooks, batch processing, and streaming.
  • Experience or strong interest in applying artificial intelligence and machine learning to product problems, especially in data-heavy environments.
  • Ability to identify where artificial intelligence meaningfully improves integration efficiency or quality.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and build from zero to one while scaling existing systems.
  • Experience working with distributed or global teams.
  • Ability to influence without authority and align stakeholders across functions.
  • At least five years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, at least two years with an advanced degree, or zero years with a PhD.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Define the vision and roadmap for data integrations across multiple internal and external data sources, including application programming interfaces, payment service providers, and third-party platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to use artificial intelligence and machine learning for integration workflows, schema mapping, anomaly detection, and data quality improvements.
  • Balance long-term platform investments with near-term customer and business needs.
  • Work with engineering to design and deliver scalable, resilient integration frameworks.
  • Drive end-to-end product development from discovery and requirements through launch and iteration.
  • Define integration standards, contracts, and best practices such as versioning, schema evolution, and monitoring.
  • Partner with data science and engineering on intelligent data mapping and transformation, automated onboarding of data sources, error detection, and self-healing pipelines.
  • Collaborate with distributed teams across engineering, data, operations, and go-to-market.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Define integration success metrics including latency, reliability, coverage, and cost.
  • Use data to prioritize roadmap decisions and improve system performance.
  • Build dashboards and insights to monitor integration health and usage.

  • Experience in payments, financial technology, or dispute management ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with Kafka, Snowflake, dbt, or similar tools.
  • Experience building third-party integrations at scale with payment service providers, marketplaces, or software-as-a-service platforms.
  • Domain experience in dispute management and payments, including work with merchants and banks.
  • Product management experience in payments, financial technology, or dispute management ecosystems.
  • Understanding of enterprise systems and integrations.
  • Product thinking and a strong understanding of business metrics.
  • Experience leading early-stage product development, design, and management across markets with high regulatory constraints.
  • Experience building enterprise products using artificial intelligence models or AI-augmented capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Claude coding.
