Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with B2B, developer tooling, or enterprise software product design
- Has built design systems from scratch and familiar with building/maintaining component libraries
- Experience owning features through the entire design process, from user research to visual design
- Experience designing a variety of UX/Visual Design artifacts, such as: ecosystems, flows, wireframes, detailed UI, prototypes, etc
- Craves working iteratively with customers for user testing, interviews, and more
- Beyond just product design, has a background in illustration as this will support other functions such as marketing, sales and DevRel
- Is a master at prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a good sense of the trade-offs between good vs. perfect
- Act as the UX advocate for users to inform our product and design strategies, and use quantitative data and qualitative feedback to inform the design decisions iteratively
- Has an understanding of the impact of design decisions on product/engineering but also sales
- A meticulous or fanatical attention to detail...a poorly labelled folder or an image with one pixel off drives you crazy
- Examples of developing and conveying ideas clearly in a written and visual format--clearly demonstrate how your designs tackle customers' problems or add value to their lives
