Requirements
  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 6 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in payment processing domain and API‑based products.
  • Strong expertise in payments processing, including gateways, acquiring, scheme rules, lifecycle flows, and regulatory considerations
  • Experience defining API contracts, platform capabilities, and contributing to longer‑term product architecture decisions
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with a bias toward scalable, reusable product solutions
Responsibilities
  • Define detailed product requirements, epics, features, process flows, and business rules for complex payment capabilities
  • Own cross‑functional readiness for assigned capabilities, including operational procedures, risk/compliance alignment, partner onboarding, and performance metrics
  • Participate in agile ceremonies as needed to ensure shared understanding and delivery against product goals
  • Ensure end‑to‑end payment experiences are well‑defined, including retries, fallbacks, routing logic, error handling, and user experience considerations
  • Partner with analytics and operations teams to define KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring tools that support prioritization and performance tracking
  • Analyze trends such as authorization declines, fraud rates, routing effectiveness, and cost‑to‑serve to inform product improvements
  • Support development of value propositions, pricing inputs, merchant‑facing narratives, and readiness materials
  • Collaborate with sales, program management, finance, legal, compliance, UX, and partners to support go‑to‑market execution
  • Participate in merchant and partner engagements by clearly articulating product capabilities, differentiation, and roadmap direction

  • Familiarity with fraud‑management concepts (e.g., 3DS, routing strategies) is highly desirable
