Responsibilities:
- Act as ‘the’ business owner and key strategic consultant for the clients.
- Identify key business impacting use cases, prioritize them and build a roadmap of the use cases which can be implemented to build solutions solving customer problems.
- Gather and groom functional and non-functional requirements which can be fed to design and engineering teams.
- Own and run agile ceremonies such as Backlog grooming, Sprint planning
- Collaborate with UI/UX team to build detailed wireframes and designs.
- Work closely with the technical consultants to ensure implementation best practices are followed and optimize the implementation, if needed
- Gather, document, and help form/guide KPIs and how to measure them
- Support internal technical consultants, client’s developers and third parties throughout the implementation process from a business perspective
- Support centralized tracking of project plans and consolidated end to end integrated view for all programs
- Demonstrated use and understanding of project management methodologies, tools and resources and the ability to identify and track project / program issues and drive resolution.

- Required Skills & Must haves
- 4-5 years of relevant experience working as a product owner/product manager/business analyst
- 3-4 years of must have experience in financial services, preferably auto loan financing
- Extensive knowledge of commercial, retail and consumer financing, including origination, underwriting, customer experience, payment processing and account maintenance
- Working knowledge of risk management, loss control management, collections and bankruptcy
- Experienced in coaching and building Agile teams. Good to have Agile certifications.
- Industry certifications related to Product Management- CSPO/Safe POPM etc.
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills- both verbal and written
- Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success
- Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively
- Outstanding ability to communicate effectively and confidently, develop relationships at all levels of the organization and to work well in cross-functional teams
- Partner with client(s) and internal departments to ensure tasks are defined and documented with timely deliverables and within SLA
