  • Build strong relationships with physicians, case managers, and staff to support partnership launches and growth
  • Ensure partner satisfaction by closely working with account champions, leadership teams, and partner staff
  • Conduct regular business reviews with executives, clinical service line leaders, and key physicians
  • Work closely with our PRM partner to prioritize and follow up on physician referrals
  • Encourage physicians and their teams to refer patients to Luna by providing excellent customer service and building trust in Luna's model
  • Develop and implement regional programs to achieve partner objectives
  • Schedule and conduct virtual and in-person briefings with physician teams
  • Analyze regional data to identify opportunities for increasing patient volume and innovate new processes accordingly
  • Maintain comprehensive CRM data to stay organized and informed of working relationships and follow-up communications
  • Collaborate effectively with Luna employees, specifically internal key stakeholders, and contribute positively to the Luna team
  • Attend regional conferences as needed to stay up-to-date with industry trends and build professional networks
  • Meet or exceed monthly productivity and results-based goals
