Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and tracking of strategic initiatives across multiple departments
  • Assist in preparing analysis and recommendations for various operational projects
  • Help coordinate and document cross-functional team meetings
  • Contribute to the preparation of executive-level presentations and communications
  • Research industry best practices and compile findings into actionable insights
  • Shadow leadership team members to understand corporate operations and decision-making processes
  • Support the development of new standard operating processes and workflows that improve operational efficiency
  • Assist in planning and executing internal team events, such as team meetings and offsites
