Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in finance, accounting or related field (MBA a plus)

  • Analytical background working directly in an Marketing finance, Strategic Finance, Business Operations or related environment, experience modeling revenue and expenses
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, teamwork, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and able to react quickly to changing business needs
  • Ability to think critically and to question the output of financial models or investment cases and consider options for improvement or provide thoughtful alternatives
Responsibilities
  • Serve as Finance partner to the Product Marketing leadership teams across all products
  • Create consistent frameworks for measuring and analyzing ROI of marketing spend across partners and channels, including but not limited to cost of acquisition, close rates and digital and partner profit margins
  • Drive financial efficiency and effectiveness across channels and partnerships by providing analytic support and developing actionable insights that will influence decision makers to allocate marketing spend more effectively
  • Take a data driven approach to assess marketing activities, with recommendations to enhance reporting, accelerate growth, and improve processes
  • Track key marketing business metrics and KPIs to measure health of the business, while proactively highlighting areas of risks and opportunity
  • Partner with Marketing teams to develop a long-range planning model that supports the Marketing team's strategic vision and company priorities
  • Work cross functionally to ensure marketing spend and resource deployment are aligned with Sales and support Achieve's strategic priorities
