Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Lead drug product formulation, process development, and manufacturing for small molecule and oligonucleotide therapeutics
  • Establish internal drug product development capabilities to support nonclinical studies
  • Manage Contract Manufacturing Organizations to deliver products for nonclinical studies and clinical trials
  • Foster strong partnerships with various departments
  • Ensure material specifications, process capabilities, yields, and manufacturing strategies are sound
  • Perform troubleshooting and data analysis to solve technical problems in manufacturing
  • Support and lead risk assessments and manufacturing deviation investigations
  • Author and review SOPs, specifications, regulatory filings, or other controlled documents
  • Contribute to a team culture that promotes continuous improvement, ownership, and inclusion
