Go1 provides a large, curated library of online learning content that businesses access through a single subscription. The platform works by integrating directly with a company's existing HR and learning software, allowing employees to find and take courses from many different providers in one place. Unlike competitors that may only offer their own content, Go1 aggregates materials from various top sources and provides advisory services to help companies tailor the learning to their specific needs. The company's goal is to help organizations build a more skilled and engaged workforce by making professional development resources easy to find and manage.

Go1, a global learning and employee development platform, has launched Go1 Pay, a solution enabling HR leaders to fund manager-led employee development beyond traditional eLearning. The launch accompanies research showing 47% of employees needed guidance multiple times in the past month, yet only 7% turned to learning platforms first. The research reveals employees primarily seek help from colleagues and managers, though 46% say they rely on their own judgement for development opportunities. When asked about valuable coaching, 56% of employees prioritised relevance to their work. Go1 Pay allows organisations to fund books, coaching, certifications and conferences within HR-defined budgets whilst maintaining centralised visibility and control. The solution supports the shift towards continuous, manager-driven development rather than traditional assignment and tracking systems.
Go1, a learning platform provider, has unveiled a new product strategy focused on delivering contextual learning within employees' daily workflows. The approach centres on Morgan, Go1's intelligent agent, which surfaces relevant content and answers questions directly in tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams. The company is shifting from traditional platform-based learning to embedding guidance into everyday work decisions. Morgan understands role context and organisational priorities to support skill development, compliance, and performance management without requiring employees to visit separate systems. Go1 will invest in three areas in 2026: platformless learning delivery, compliance capability systems, and an agent-powered manager assistant. The company serves over 10,000 organisations globally and is backed by investors including SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and Y Combinator.
CodeFights is integrating CodeSignal's hands-on, AI-powered learning experiences, including its personalized AI tutor, into Go1's extensive learning solution.
As part of this rebrand, Go1 has unveiled its new website and messaging to better reflect its place in the L&D landscape and showcase its vision for contributing meaningful insights to the market, helping companies get the most out of their team members, making HR and L&D leaders' lives easier and encouraging, building and supporting employees everywhere - including their own.
In the midst of a momentous, high-growth period, Go1 was also recently recognized as the winner of the Technology & Innovation category in the 2025 Dayforce Partner Growth Awards.
