Requirements
- At least one year of recent Licensed Practical Nurse experience in an acute care setting.
- An active New York State Licensed Practical Nurse license and current Basic Life Support certification.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- A physical examination completed within the past year.
- A purified protein derivative test or QuantiFERON test completed within the past year, or a chest X-ray completed within the past five years.
- Measles, mumps, and rubella immunizations completed within the past 10 years.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, individualized, one-on-one nursing care to adult patients in their homes.
- Work 12-hour day or overnight shifts or complete nursing visits throughout Westchester County.
Desired Qualifications
- Home care experience is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
