Job Description
Butterfly is seeking a Sr. Partner Operations Specialist to support the execution of high impact and business critical programs across our Global Distribution and Partner Channels. In this highly collaborative role, you will be responsible for driving new partner implementations and programs and ensuring the efficiency and reliability of new and existing partners. You will own driving alignment, coordination, and execution between cross-functional teams and partners on critical operational activities; identifying and investigating insights and trends from our data to inform decisions for streamlining the day-to-day management of our partner business; and building new tools and processes to scale our team’s impact. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional leaders both internally and externally to ensure commitments and deadlines are met in a timely and quality-driven manner.

Responsibilities
- Assess existing partner processes, identify opportunities to redesign for efficiency and scalability, and successfully drive projects to deliver these improvements.
- Create comprehensive documentation for all partner systems to support user understanding and adoption. Assist partners and internal teams with troubleshooting portal access, agreements, programs, and more.
- Partner with a cross-functional team to drive internal commercialization efforts. You will coordinate activities ensuring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met with high precision. Establish and support a governance framework with partner organizations, create clarity among teams, track progress, and manage any arising issues to keep programs on track.
- Become proficient in internal business intelligence tools (e.g. Salesforce) tracking partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and uncovering opportunities for increased revenue. Analyze key metrics, summarize trends, and collaborate with leadership on actionable strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding of the organization’s product offerings, roadmap, and strategic direction. Stay informed about the industry landscape and how the organization positions itself within it, ensuring a clear understanding of how operations impact partners.
Qualifications
Baseline skills/experiences/attributes:
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS companies, preferably working in Partner or Channel Operations, and with Partners (Resellers and Distributors) across multiple geographies (both US and Internationally)
- Excellent business acumen and exemplary communication skills; Deep understanding of SaaS and Enterprise Sales business model with understanding of partner lifecycle from onboarding to renewal management and offboarding. Preference for experience in healthcare.
- Ability to quickly understand and map systems, processes, and operations; passion for operations and process improvement principles; strong preference for applicants with Lean / Six Sigma certifications
- Detail-oriented and organized with experience in managing project plans, meeting deadlines, and proactively raising blockers or risks
- Natural problem solver and bias towards finding solutions vs. shutting down ideas
- Resourceful, innovative, and always looking for ways to drive process improvement and act as an agent for change
- Strong verbal and written communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets as well as SFDC and knowledge of partner management systems and enterprise SaaS tools
- BA/BS degree, ideally in business, finance or a related field, with an impressive track record of success
Location
At Butterfly we offer a hybrid work environment. For most employees, this means part time in the office (two or more days a week).

Compensation
Our estimated salary for this role based in NYC is between $110,000 - $120,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.
