Requirements
  • 5+ years professional experience preferred, with 3-6+ years recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment recruiting for technical positions
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Ability to build strong, productive relationships with hiring managers
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
  • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with external stakeholders
  • Experience using data to consult with hiring managers to make data-based decisions on processes and approaches
  • Experience hiring across a range of positions, including technical roles such as engineering
  • Able to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations
Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day activities of the recruiting team
  • Responsible for the delivery of the teams hiring goals & deliverables
  • Lead, coach, motivate and grow team (team culture, performance management, change management, Greenhouse, PTO management, etc.)
  • Be a strategic advisor to leaders as you collectively devise and deploy diverse talent strategies. Champion an environment of shared ownership around talent outcomes
  • Remove roadblocks inhibiting team success or performance
  • Identify opportunities and solutions for improvement and increased efficiencies
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to develop and deliver initiatives that will improve the performance of the team
  • Manage the Full cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to outreach and closing candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers and leaders to fill headcount
  • Driven by recruiting KPIs and metrics to improve the quality of hiring and with the candidate experience. Use metrics to deliver key reports to managers across the company
  • Ability to partner with department heads to create and deliver an annual forecast of new hires
  • Provide regular reporting and analytics on open requisitions, confirmed hires, upcoming requisitions, and other important metrics
