Requirements
  • BA/BS degree required
  • MS/MA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in training, learning and development role
  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within a commercial biopharmaceutical, cellular therapy, or gene therapy industries, a plus
  • Experience in business process design and redesign
  • Knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
  • Knowledge of adult learning methods, strategies, and techniques
  • Ability to work effectively in customer service and business partnership role
  • Team-orientated approach; able to quickly and consistently establish rapport and collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and partners
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels in the organization

  • Duties are largely cognitive, but the job may occasionally require minimal motor skills for activities such as moving objects, operating a computer and/or most other office equipment, keyboarding and/or word processing

Responsibilities
  • Effectively partner with site functional areas to establish and lead the execution of the Quality Training program
  • In partnership with the project team, subject matter experts and instructional designer develop training materials based on needs analysis of current and future state business processes and procedures
  • Gain endorsement for and then regularly communicate training/organization change management status to site leadership and/or project team to ensure on-going alignment with business needs and project schedule
  • Lead a site cross-functional team of trainers, subject matter experts and change agents to ensure execution of the plan
  • Act as a Client/Program Manger to multiple organizations at the Bothell/Jump site
  • Effectively partnering with clients to understand business and performance needs, identify root causes for gaps and implement learning solutions that contribute to improved performance and business systems
  • Ensure alignment of learning deliverables through the life cycle of learning projects
  • Design strategies and develop implementation/sustainment plans for training and development projects
  • Lead and manage learning projects including; meeting planning and facilitation, project plan execution, and communication
  • Provide Organization Change Management support as needed
  • Deliver training when applicable
  • Conduct and document lessons learned, measure effectiveness of learning solutions and ensure continuous improvement
  • Evaluate costs and options and make recommendations for performance solutions
