- Partner with the HR Business Partner team to build strong relationships with clients across the firm
- Act as a resource to employees regarding HR related matters including being the point-person for employees regarding questions on performance management processes, benefits, onboarding and offboarding, etc
- Own the reporting and data requests to identify trends, determine the root cause of issues and drive informed decision making for the businesses
- Maintain employee information in our systems including but not limited to promotions, terminations, title changes, etc
- Help execute firm-wide processes such as OKR/Goal Setting, Performance Reviews, and Year-End Compensation
- Partner closely with the broader HR team and members of Payroll, Compensation, Benefits and Legal across the globe
