Requirements
  • Subject matter expertise and desire to work in business management and financial governance, including financial planning and analysis, data analytics and visualization, reporting and location strategy

Responsibilities
  • Manage financial control by applying a comprehensive understanding of the department Profit & Loss (P&L), including appropriate accruals, client allocations, the impact of capitalization, recovery and fixed price contracts in order to improve operational efficiency and productivity
  • Drive administrative, operational, reporting and quality improvements through partnership with internal teams
  • Responsible for all cross product technology, and administrative duties in conjunction with the team, including financial, quality, risk and regulatory matters
  • Execute vendor management activities, including ensuring legal requirements are met and coordinating contract negotiation and processing
  • Provide oversight of the Business Critical Milestone Reporting process and other reporting processes to ensure quality, efficiency and accuracy
  • Work with Technology leadership to support the Business People strategy as well as the Communication strategy for the department
  • Drive operational reporting across Finance Operations and Finance COO – including weekly, monthly quarterly and annually reviews
  • Analyze and interpret data using tools and platforms that support business needs such as dashboards, data visualization software and business intelligence tools and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Create and deliver effective presentations for Finance COO Resourcing as well as Finance Operations using a variety of media for All Hands and Ask Me Anything sessions.
  • Partner closely with Citi’s forecasting teams (LFO) to align and revamp our cycle process to drive greater transparency and operational practices while minimizing risk.
